Founder and CEO
Allison (Neslage) Donnelly is a seventeen-year veteran bringing innovation to business development across multiple industries including media, publishing, and within the retail and non-profit sectors. Her unique approach positions storytelling from the target audience's POV to create breakthrough campaigns that connect brands to new audiences.
Her experience includes positions at CBS, MTV, Cinmar China Holdings (Beijing and Hong Kong), Nickelodeon and ACGT. Additionally, Allison has consulted with Spotify, IAB, NBC Universal, Harper's Bazaar, Outstanding in the Field, Chasing Paper, Wellmade Life, and Ann Inc. Allison received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and M.A. from The New School of Social Research in NYC.
When taking a break from scouring vintage junk bins and searching for French bistro vibes in NYC, Allison can be found on or in a lake in the Catskill Mountains.
